Spacious and lovely rooms with breathtaking valley views. the staff is super friendly and helpful all around. Great location right in the heart of town, close to shops, restaurants, and a beautiful garden. 🌟

My room was spacious and absolutely perfect and complete with balcony, a nice view and the garden. The hotel's location was favourable, just next door to lovely San Miniato, city center and the garden.

The building and rooms are elegant, located right next to the city center, garden, and town center.

Free WiFi - I can finally update my Instagram from this little Tuscan town. Airport nearby - great, more chances to escape. It's on a state road - I can pretend to be a racecar driver.

The view from the balcony - just magnificent, who needs privacy when you can watch everyone passing by?

The thoughtfulness and homely atmosphere made us feel welcomed. Everything we needed was provided, including pegs on the balcony with a great view. The breakfast basket and kettle were excellent. The linen was beautiful and it was a lovely surprise.

Always stay at this place when in town. Staff helped me with transport on my first visit. It has everything I need - Wi-Fi, car park, locker room, security. Canoeing, golf course nearby. They allow pets and no smoking on site. Coming back for sure!

The thoughtfulness is what defines this lovely home. And it feels like home. the owners could not have been more kind and accommodating. the breakfast basket provided was excellent, with a good selection of items. the location of the hotel was also key, being situated in a beautiful area with stunning views. One more advantage that I enjoyed was the cleanliness of the hotel - everything was spotless and well-maintained.

the noise from the nearby road was quite bothersome. It was not visible from the balcony, but the sound was still disruptive, especially on Saturday evenings.

I had a wonderful stay at Soggiorno Dimora Del Grifo. the location of the place was perfect, right in the middle of Via Francigena in a charming town. the room I stayed in was lovely, with a small balcony that offered an incredible view. Despite the host not speaking much English, they were incredibly kind and patient with me. What stood out the most was the thoughtfulness and homey feeling of the place. Monica and her mum were so kind and made sure I had everything I needed. the room had beautiful linen, and even had pegs on the balcony for me to hang my clothes. the breakfast basket provided was excellent, and they even had a good kettle for me to use. it was a lovely surprise and a truly enjoyable stay.

I got great value for my money at Soggiorno Dimora Del Grifo. The room was charming with a small balcony and an very nice view. The location was perfect, right in the middle of everything in town. The staff, although they didn't speak much English, were kind and patient.

The food for breakfast could be better, especially the vending machine-style croissants and cookies in plastic.

Lovely home, feels like home. Thoughtful details, beautiful linen. Excellent breakfast. Great location, easy to find. Nice lady owner, very nice view.

Mind-blowingly clean and located in a jaw-dropping spot, this place was super easy to find. The view from the balcony was absolutely incredible and the owner, a super nice lady, made us feel right at home. The attention to detail was just amazing, with everything we needed provided, from pegs on the balcony to a good kettle in the excellent breakfast basket. The beautiful linen was a lovely surprise. We also appreciated the kind and patient host, despite the language barrier. a fantastic stay that exceeded all expectations!
